Honestly it seems like this method works for this seller. They photograph the hats as they are with no cleaning or straightening. That second listing is a sold. The expectations are on the floor so how can they disappoint? Personally we would blow off the dirt and run a cheap lint roller over any hat we were selling but it seems like that isn’t really necessary.
