According to Wikipedia, Dauphin is a county in Pennsylvania which is where this user allegedly lives. The same Wikipedia article does however mention that dauphin is French for Dolphin. Are they French? They do apparently ship to France but not to French Guiana or French Polynesia. At any rate this is four chairity so letz snatch this one up quik folkz.
